Q. Will I have to pay a delivery charge?
A. Delivery is FREE for venues located within the M25. A supplement may be charged for central London to cover additional staff, parking and increased travelling time. If your venue is outside the M25 we will have to add a delivery charge of approx. £1 per mile (depending on the package you choose).
Q. Can I supply my own dipping food?
A. Of course you can! If you are on a tight budget and would prefer to supply your own food, that’s fine by us. We only ask that you check with us first to see if what you will be providing is suitable for our fountains. If you would like us to supply dipping foods we can do so for an extra charge.
Q. How long will the Chocolate Fountain run for?
A. The Chocolate Fountain will run as long as you want, providing you have an electricity supply and order enough chocolate to keep it topped up!
Q. How long will it take to set up the Chocolate Fountain?
A. The Chocolate Fountain usually takes about 1hr to 1hr 30mins to be ready, depending on which package you order and whether we are supplying the dipping foods.
Q. Will my venue need to supply a table and tablecloth?
A. Yes, we do prefer a table and tablecloth to be provided for us to site the Chocolate Fountain. A table of approx 4 feet in diameter is ideal. We can provide our own table and tablecloth if needed – please let us know in good time if this is the case.
Q. Do you have public liability insurance and Food Hygiene Certification?
A. Yes, we have £2 million liability insurance cover and Food Hygiene Certification is a requirement of all our employees.
Q. Will my venue allow me to have a Chocolate Fountain?
A. You will have to ask them but we have never been refused entry to any venue yet!
Q. Do you use fresh chocolate for each rental?
A. Yes, we never use leftover chocolate from other rentals. We will leave you with any leftover chocolate once we have emptied the fountain at the end of the rental period.
Q. Can I book a longer rental period?
A. Yes, we can arrange for a longer rental period, at extra cost.
Q. Will you reduce your price if I find a company who will do it cheaper?
A. No, we believe our service is one of the best in the country. We base our pricing around this. When booking with us you can be assured that we will turn up at the required time, on the required date and provide you with a hassle-free, professional and exceptional service. We will not reduce our price under any circumstances as this commitment to you is reflected in our pricing.
